Mindfulness Resources: Laurie's Favorite Sites, Apps and Books

Posted by Laurie J Cameron

When I am teaching mindfulness and emotional intelligence programs, or speaking at conferences, I often stay after jotting notes with favorite mindfulness websites, apps, and books for those who are curious to learn more.  There is now a wealth of resources available, but sometimes it is helpful if someone you know can curate them a bit. So here they are... my personal favorites.
If you are interested in teaching and practicing mindfulness with kids, please see my post Mindfulness Resources for Parents with great books and CDs to use with children and/or in schools. I use those at home and when teaching across schools in my home area of Montgomery Country, Maryland.
